Front Lawn:
1. I had front lawn sod completely removed, the ground level and tapered away from the house (so run water away from the house).
2. The existing three zone irrigation system was rerouted for dribblers at the Flagpole, the Red Oak tree, and the Rose bushes in front of the house.
3. I then had 64 tons of 1/2" colored river rock delivered, which I spent the next few months raking out in the Front, South and West areas around the house.

Front General Area:
1. Blinds mounted in both front bedrooms, in fact all the windows of new blinds (nonexistent)
2. Area was completely weeded, trellises removed, nails screws hooks and etc. removed also. The original under lay and cedar chips were removed. The ground was leveled.   A new white fencing replace the original garden fencing, and 20 cube feet of cedar chips installed. A 2-3 Gal concret well surrounded each bush to retrain water.
3. The gutter was realigned so the water would run from left to right. The original leader was removed and a new one was placed at the right side feeding into the driveway.
4. A dribbler irrigation system was installed utilizing the original third zone. Water was rerouted under the sidewalk to each rosebush (including a center future bush)

     Driveway:
1. Originally dirt, two groves fill with a center of weeds and rocks, the cattle grate was overgrown with weeds, the gate was barbed wire attached to a wooded stick.
I had 19 tons of 3/4" colored with rock delivered and spread, I cleaned out the cattle grate and install a 16' swinging farm gate.

South side of house:
1. All weeds, rocks, workbenches, flagstone walkway, 6" x 12" wood post set in concrete, 2" x 10" wood trim used for plants were removed.
2. The ground was then leveled and tappered away from the house.  Both left and right leaders were extended in to 4" drain pipes each extending 15' from the house.
3. The Rain Bird irrigation system was fixed (leaked in various places}, the first and third zones were retained through a new master control valve.
4. Then 3" of 1/2" colored river rock was racked out to cover the entire area.

West Side of Garage:
1. All weeds, rocks, etc. were removed. The ground was then leveled and tappered away from the house
2. Both left and right leaders were extended in to 4" drain pipes each extending 15' from the house.
3. Then 3" of 1/2" colored river rock was racked out to cover the entire area.
