Cameras: Installed (8) wireless cameras one on each corner of the house, plus (2) at the center front and rear. With a 32" monitor and a 320 GB hard drive, set for motion activation with sounding. Also with full internet interface and control.
Flood Lights: (3) In front of the garage were replaced and equipped with LED flood light bulbs. The Southeast corner flood lights were built from two separate flood lights panels. The southwest corner is a solar powered flood light. The rear garage flood light was also replaced and equipped with LED flood light bulbs
Rear Porch: Almost there, Irrigation ditches done, Sewer cover finished, Pergola extended, most of the flagstone has been leveled except two roots running towards the house (Next year)
Thundercloud Plum Trees: Had Ken dig a 40' trench 4 feet wide 3 1/2 feet deep through Sandstone on the south side of the house. Created (5) wells with rock dividers alone trench, a foot deep rock for drainage the rest filled with topsoil (previous lawn). And irrigation line ran along the ditch with five individual dribblers (one for each tree). Created rock rings around each well, filled in with wood chips to protect the roots.
Drain Pipes and Fence Repair: Due to the heavy erosion from the fall rains, much of my land was being washed down into the road. What I did to counter this erosion was to bury four-inch drainpipes at various low parts of my land along the road. I created stone barriers with clay to create pools for the water to accumulate. Many of the fence post also had to be driven deeper due erosion and a few required additional concrete bases.
